Hey guys!
So I’m sorry if this ends up long but i am wondering about a few things.
First of all I am 14, 15 in July and I am 168cm tall and i am normal weight for my age, I have normal legs, stomach etc.. but i’d like to tone up a lot more and i want a flat stomach because near the bottom of my stomach i have a little fat and i got told by a friend of mine that it is called "pud" i’m not sure if that’s true and i don’t think that’s correct spelling either. but anyways i’m wanting to know if i start to exercise 5 days a week and even sometimes on the weekend would i achieve the body i want.
I was thinking about getting a vibrating machine aka wobble machine, an exercise bike, punching bag and this kit from big W whats just a 10 minute cardio workout. My parents already own a weights and all of that so i was thinking of using those to. I also was going to get the zumba dvd, and i own pilates so do a bit of that and also some yoga sometimes.
My question is what is good, and what isn’t? Something i should change to get the body I want? The exercise i want to do maximum a day is 2 hours and minimum 1 hour.
I was going to do weight lifting, not big weights because i wouldn’t be able to lift that, but weight lifting no more than three times a day because i still want to be tall, going on the exercise bike and wobble machine everyday, doing these workouts on my mums iphone and zumba and pilates at least 2 times a week and yoga once a week, and also ill go for a run when i feel like going for a run and also doing some stuff with the punching bag about 4 days a week. And the 10 minute cardio workout sometimes.
I know it sounds a lot but im really going for it, i am wanting to have a good body so i can be more confident in myself and be happier with life. I also do eat very healthy and my friends and family support that.
So do you guys think it’s a good idea? tell me what i should and shouldn’t do. and tell me things i should change. I would love to hear all your opinions because i really want to do this asap.
Also i have done exercising and all of that, i know its hard to stick to and i did stick to that for a while, which all i was doing was running and pilates but it got very boring because running at 6 in the morning on your own is very boring so i’d like to switch it up a bit and do more and have a variety of things.
so tell me your thoughts.
THANKYOU <3
i think its a bit full on to start with. I reckon you could be doing all the with a couple of months training. if you start with weightlifting one day, wobble machine the next, excercise bike the next, and just do one thing each day until you feel you have done a decent workout. if you carry on going like that you will just tear all your muscles and ache. about 45 mins to an hours worth of excercise every day for a month and see how it goes from there. dont push yourself too much.
