Time lapse of me doing Bikram Yoga in burning hell. As you can see, I don’t last very long and eventually I quit and move to another spot in the room. Am I a quitter? Am I weak minded? Bullshit. I was sweating bullets before I even began any of the postures this day. Beware of this corner if you are a cold climatized grouchy Ukrainian like me.

The Bikram Yoga Experiment is a 90 day challenge for me to do the Yoga at least 5 days a week. This day, I chose to set up in a far away corner so that nobody would have to worry about being in my shot. It just happened to be in the hottest spot I’ve ever been in. A girl at the counter told me after class that the “room was hot today”, like what did that mean? At the end of this class, I was so dehydrated that my face felt like a lemon. I couldn’t even smile.
