Help me receive full tuition for my 3B Yoga teacher certification by just watching this video and liking my page on facebook. I have seen the blessing of yoga in my life and in the lives of many others. Yoga gives the mind and body time to reconnect in this busy world. By giving our souls time to mediate, depression, anxiety, and stress can be managed and health and strength can be increase. By receiving my Yoga Teacher Certification, I plan to teach others how to find their own peace. I hope to work with my family, friends, troubled youth, and those struggling through different difficulties and disabilities. Yoga is for everyone!

Bharat Gajjar first went to Yoga camp in 1965. In 1969 He filmed this short clip. He passed away last month March 2011. We found this film.
